I had a really nice time eating here. I would give this place a 9/10. First of all the food is amazing. Unique flavors with a lot of depth. All of the sides were 10/10. Gyozas, salads and other snacks were seriously amazing. One of the fried dumplings came with a caramelized berry miso which was as delicious as it was creative. Salad dressing also 10/10. The ramen itself is not traditional. It is very much inspired by local spices. I personally loved it but can understand why others might find it unappealing. I think chefs who put their soul and love into their dishes should be admired. The ramen in this place was honestly one of the best ramens in this country despite it being very clearly a fusion dish. Servers were friendly, polite and attentive. Kitchen was clean and moved professionally. The atmosphere was cute. It’s in a food court and I mean this in the best possible way, this restaurant deserves its own seating and vibe. Nevertheless a great place to eat and I had a 10/10 time.

Great tasty food, service is order and pick up yourself. The seating is in a food hall which is pretty noisy. The food makes up for it. Better to take away - definitely the best Japanese food I’ve had.

An excellent place to stop and eat, food is good and the service is fast. The only downside is the location. Highly recommended.

We ate the Danbori and cow ramen, it was ok kinda had the seasoning of like a shwarma, not really worth the money
