Loading and unloading are strictly fixed. Drive up to the barrier. Take your passport and documents or a reference number and go to the turntable on the left. Ring the bell and say loading or unloading. Then go straight through the glass doors. Inside, there's a window on the left. They register you. They give you a map and show you where to go. Drive. Then to the warehouse. They'll tell you the ramp number. Drive under the ramp. Hand over the keys. Wait for them to bring your keys and documents. Then exit. You could stand on the side of the road like a 9/11 before entering the factory. That's it.

This company doesn't respect appointment times; they booked an appointment for 11:00 AM and left at 1:30 PM. It's shameful to see this.
