Akko Italian Restaurant

When we arrived we were greeted nicely and Our server Kora was wonderful. She took great care of us when we dined in. Unfortunately, we were not too impressed with the food. Presentation was great but the flavors were not flavoring. It wasn’t terrible. Mediocre at best. We may visit again if we are invited but we won’t be making any special trips.

Tonight our server JoJo was very attentive. This young man was so on it on every level and even suggested substitutions to support the best guest experience. All of our dishes were well prepared, delicious, and served hot. JoJo anticipated our every need and I never had to ask for a single drink refill or cleared plate. No complaints at all, this was a wonderful dining out experience that was reasonably priced. I hope JoJo's manager sees this review! He was fantastic and we definitely tipped.

Greeted immediately when my dad and I walked in (everyone there is so kind)! Ava was the best server ever and made sure our drinks were always topped off and that our food was good for us. 10/10 amazing experience

Well, it’s an Olive Garden, you either like them or not. This is one of the better ones though, great service and very clean!

Fantastic food and staff makes a fantastic combo. The bartender who waited on me and the front host were both fantastic in their craft and understand the assignment … I enjoyed the information about the area from them as locals and food was hot on arrival and if you’re wanting a beer you’re offered a cold glass as and option as well. The manager spoke highly of the staff overall who work as a team at this location and as we all know if you have a good team, you have great results. He was pleasant to talk to. Does Not disappoint at this location… with a visit. As I continue my travels throughout the USA I Enjoyed the down time you all offered with being pleasant and outstanding service. I will visit Slidell LA locations against. Thanks all 😀
