My friends and I came to have dinner here and we were pleasantly surprised. Food was great, portions were respectable, the dessert was lovely and the servers were absolutely perfect. Everything from the romantic vibe this place has, its great interior design and its tasty menu, makes me want to recommend it to everyone coming to BIG Ashdod. Thank you!

Friday dinner, we booked a place online, and we immediately came across something that was once in the center, has been abandoned and is now on the outskirts, and it is a financial commitment in advance, meaning that from the moment you make a reservation, you can cancel it up to 12/24 hours before, otherwise you are charged per person. The restaurants considered to be in the center have long abandoned the concept, for some reason, here it still stands out. We arrived with 6 people (we ordered 4) and were told that there was no way to add them to the table or make any other arrangements. Our fault, although the restaurant could have shown a little more willingness to help. The food: The waitress who accompanied us for the meal (Yuval) was welcoming, pleasant and businesslike. She recommended dishes that we ordered and turned out to be successful. For the table, we ordered for starters Carpaccio and endive salad Very tasty but very small portions If they paid according to taste, the restaurant could have demanded more, but since there is also a weighting of the portion size, the price was disproportionately high. Or in short, tasty but too small. For mains, we ordered 3 hamburgers (as recommended by Yuval the waitress) and an entrecote steak The food is very tasty, made to the requested size And again, the combination of ingredients creates a very tasty dish. The size is disappointing, even the fries that come as a side dish, are not particularly large (or at all) For dessert, we ordered bread pudding, it was delicious although it reminded us more of a cinnamon yeast cake. The price, 700 NIS excluding tip The tip was nice because of the waitress Yuval Overall, very tasty food, very small, very expensive.
