tldr; not a very good hummus, it was cold - but that yemen bread, man While the Hummus bi Tahini was a letdown, arriving disappointingly cold and missing the velvety warmth and depth of flavor I'd hoped for, the meal truly transformed with the arrival of the bread. Seriously, if you go for one thing, let it be the incredible pita bread. This wasn't just any pita; its unique 'yemen bread' character — fluffy yet substantial, with a perfect chew and subtle char — elevated the entire experience. Paired with the vibrant, crunchy Assorted Pickled Vegetables, which offered a delightful tang and cut through any richness, the bread created a memorable counterpoint to the initial misstep. It’s a testament to how one exceptional component can elevate a dining experience, making you forget the flaws.

Not a Yemenite food at all. Soups are all the same broth for the different soups, only the solids in the soup is different. Hummus has no taste at all. Pita bread was fresh, but real cold.
Service was terrible, two girls running between the tables and the kitchen with one plate at the time. Has to ask them to come and clean the table from finished plates, as well as to ask to clean the whole table 15 minutes after we finished the meal. Needs professional management on top of food and service.

Delicious Israeli and Yemenite food. I have been there several times during my 2 weeks in Tel Aviv and I loved the fries, since they are exactly like my yemenite grandmother used to make them for me :)

Came on a rainy day with my child to get lunch to-go. It was apparently busy with a group of dinners. The host, nor the cook, nor someone who appeared to be the owner, could agree on who will take the order from us. The cook was busy on the phone for some personal stuff and was arguing with the owner on who should take the order from us. All this while I stand with my child and feel completely ignored. While waiting I took a glimpse on the filthy kitchen and noticed how the chicken that was placed in my to-go box fell off the skewer on the table and placed back in the box. Disgusting.
Overall bad experience altogether. Bad service, dirty, the food is bad, over salted, and the kebab was served burned (pic attached)
