This restaurant effortlessly blends sophisticated dishes with a touch of unexpected fun. Starting with the impeccably prepared Beef Tartare and crispy Croquettes, the meal unfolded beautifully. The Bass Crudo, brightened by its vibrant orange and pomelo sauce, was a fresh standout, truly showcasing delicate flavors. But the real surprise was how perfectly a gourmet Hot Dog fit onto this menu, proving that quality can elevate anything. For mains, the Seared Steak with its rich red wine reduction and creamy potato gratin was pure culinary comfort. Even the Soup and Salad were thoughtfully done.
