Nice friendly staff great location, however the rooms do not match the cost, very outdated it had mold on the ceiling and a blood stain on my bed sheet along with multiple pubic hairs. Room was otherwise clean but fairly small also not like cozy more cold. For $270 a night I’d try to find a better bang for your buck. This was also the second level room. (I’ve attached photos of the stain and mold.

I stayed on the 8th floor at Rothschild 22, and the experience was very nice overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location is perfect right on one of the most iconic streets in Tel Aviv. The breakfast was very nice, offering a good variety and fresh ingredients. The dining area was calm, and service was smooth and professional. A solid stay with a great combination of comfort, location, and quality breakfast.

The hotel could have been great, if not a number of critical issues, like public Wi-Fi without password, cockroaches in the bathroom, no ventilation in the room which makes it very hard to get rid of the humidity after having a shower. The lamps in the room are hanging so low that you constantly hit you head at them. Though the breakfast was good, access to the lounge with snacks and drinks, and of course the city view was breathtaking.

Overall it was fine, 3/5, I would not stay here again. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but there are many problems with the room which made our stay less pleasant. - curtains are too small, very bright sunlight in the room starting at 6:30 am - bathroom door does not close all the way, awkward with multiple guests - shower door does not close all the way, water on the floor - broken coffee machine, not fixed after we asked reception - missing bedside tables - doors close very loudly, waking up when other guests go in or out I’ve read the older reviews and responses, guests have complained about these problems for years now. I’m sure they will notify the relevant authorities, who will do nothing about it.

Booked room for I booked a room for a couple. The room is small, 20 square meters. There is a minimal set of amenities. The location is great. The breakfast is average.Another detail: the sound insulation is poor.
