Amazing dinner. Being an omnivore, I was skeptical in the beginning, but that went quickly over. What a great dinner experience. Deep earthy and umami flavors, lots of mushrooms and miso. Very Asian inspired flavors. The wine pairing was also very good and I had my first Danish wine. Very good. Staff was also very friendly and took great care of us. Funny enough the dish I likes least was the main savory dish with oyster mushrooms and rice. The rice was a bit too salty for my taste and compared to the other dishes the mushrooms lacked originality. Overall, however, it was an absolutely amazing experience.

Incredible experience in this exceptional vegan restaurant. The tasting menu, with the non-alcoholic drink pairing, was outstanding. Their concept of sustainability shines throughout, in both the ingredients and the presentation. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and the staff were kind, attentive and genuinely knowledgeable. Their ability to present and explain each dish and pairing made the evening feel even more elevated and memorable.

I went in a bit skeptical as a non-vegetarian, but the dishes turned out to be nothing short of art - beautifully executed and deeply flavorful. The cocktails were a real highlight: incredibly tasty and perfectly balanced.

A tasty inventive meal with lots of nice flavors well matched. Their homemade drinks pairings went extremely well with the food. Seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Mixed feelings after my visit to ARK. While the tasting menu had several highlights that were creative and delicious, the experience was marred by significant inconsistencies. Out of 9 courses, 2 were major disappointments: the eggplant under foam was both overly salty and bland—a jarring transition after a nearly perfect glazed donut—and the mushroom risotto was flawed by an overpowering sourness. We even overheard guests at two neighboring tables expressing similar confusion, with one person remarking, "I’m surprised you finished that." The service left us with a sour taste before the meal even began. Despite arriving only 3 minutes before our reservation, the staff forced us to wait outside in the freezing wind and cold. Once seated, the service was generally okay—they were professional and not overbearing—but no one bothered to apologize or address the issues with the dishes. While there is clearly talent in the kitchen, the lack of cohesion and the rigid start to the evening made the experience feel disjointed. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected a more consistent culinary journey and a warmer welcome.
