Came here for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our server was really attentive and recommended us some delicious wine to go with our meal. I would say the service was a 5/5 -- they made sure to swap out the water pitcher even if it was pretty full. For the food, we ordered the: 1. spinach and artichoke mille-feuille (3/5) while it was delicious and the puff pastry was incredibly soft and flakey, we didn't feel like it was worth the price 2. chicken liver agnolotti (5/5) so delicious. i will say that you can definitely taste the liver so if that's not your thing, i wouldn't recommend it. we absolutely loved it and thought everything blended well together 3. pork chop with smoked onion jus (5/5) our favorite dish for the night. the pork chop was SO juicy and cooked well. the smoked onion jus was such a compliment on top of the pork chop -- highly recommend! All in all, we had a wonderful time there and would definitely go back to try more of their dishes

One of the best meals we have had in NYC. Claud completely delivered: intimate room, great energy, excellent service, a serious wine list, and food that was creative without feeling forced. The scallop skewer with lardo, spinach and artichoke mille-feuille, chicken liver agnolotti, and Dover sole with Chartreuse and lemon were all outstanding. We also loved the Boisson Rully, which paired beautifully with the meal. The devil’s food cake was a perfect finish. Easily a 10/10 date-night spot and one of our new favorite restaurants in the city.

Wine bar with great food, perfect for a hangout with friends. We booked the day of for 4 and got seated in their communal patio (but ended up having the whole “room” for us). Got to try a few things on the menu, personal faves were the scallops and the dover sole. Do get their devil’s food cake. My main complaint is that the portions varied greatly and with somewhat steep prices (the sole was quite $$ but the size was a little disappointing; cake however is more than enough). Staff was super friendly however (they even brought ice cream for our GF friend who could not share the cake with us). All in all would recommend (would give it a 4.5), for the food and good vibes, but mostly if you’re willing to splurge.

Great food, wine, and dessert! Ordered the chicken liver agnolotti, half chicken, chips, and devil’s food cake. We also enjoyed excellent Spanish white wine and a few mocktails. The service was great from the moment we walked in. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. We had a reservation, arrived on time and were seated promptly. We never felt rushed but we were just two people and dined on a weekday night so that could be why.

(We did reserve online. I recommend people to check that out as well!!) Red Shrimp with Olive Oil and Garlic - the best dish of the night. The shrimp was sweet and tender, and the oil underneath it added great aroma and richness. We had like 3 plates of bread to eat w the oil. Beef tongue w salsa verde - The presentation was nice, but the slices were very thin so the texture was not very impressive. The sour cream in the center was actually good and helped balance the acidity. Veal sweetbreads w pepperoncini aioli - This was the weakest dish. The frying was very oily and heavy, and the portion was quite small. The flavor did not justify the texture, so I would not order this again. 🐟- This came out last. The flavor was mild and the fish was tender, and it did help us feel full by the end. The lemon 🍋 is an extra bonus. Very refreshing.
