- License grant: By submitting content to Hungru, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the operation of the Service.
4. AI-enriched and third-party content
- AI enrichment: Some content on Hungru — including restaurant descriptions, dish details, and chef profiles — may be generated or enriched using artificial intelligence. This content is for informational purposes and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
- Data may change: Restaurant, chef, and dish information (including hours, menus, prices, and availability) may change at any time without notice. Always verify details directly with the relevant establishment before visiting.
- Third-party services: Hungru integrates with third-party services (such as Google Maps, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Hungru provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
