PopUp Bagels definitely lives up to the hype. The bagels are incredibly fresh with the perfect chewy texture. My favorite is the Everything Bagel as it has a great seasoning blend and is delicious with their plain cream cheese. Simple, fresh, and done really well. If you’re a bagel fan, this spot is absolutely worth checking out.

Was really excited to try this place and it was great! The bagels were really warm and soft, loved them and would definitely go back. The cacio e peppe cream cheese was too salty for my liking but the flavor was good, plain was tasty too. Highly recommend!

Simply put, they're fresh bagels (that are still hot) with cream cheese. Is it simple? Yes. Is that bad? Not at all! Sometimes less is more. And if you're craving a hot everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, these bagels will hit the spot. Again, nothing out of this world but very good and true to their word. 🥯

I recently had the chance to visit pop-up bagel and it did not disappoint. The bagels were fresh out of the oven—warm, airy, and incredibly soft. The flavor was spot-on, with a perfect balance of chewy texture and subtle richness. What really took the experience to the next level, though, was the special grape jelly they served alongside. It had a unique, almost homemade quality to it that paired beautifully with the bagels. It’s a simple pleasure, but it’s hard to beat a warm, flavorful bagel with an amazing spread. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comforting, delicious treat!

This location of PopUp is a disaster. Manager said they’ve had an oven down for 1.5 months. Meanwhile they’re filling catering orders from their shop instead of walk-in orders. Looking for hot bagels? Instead expect 1/2 cold bagels. They’re only able to cook one type at a time (plain, sesame, everything, etc.). If PopUp can’t get a Moffet oven repaired in 1.5 months that either says something about their financial condition or standard of operations….
