The place is pretty nice with good food and warm atmosphere, but the wait is always so long.. even when there are almost no customers, it just takes ages to order.

I went to the restaurant at 5pm and asked what time they closed. I was told 7pm. I purchased food to go and returned with my children at 6:10pm. They were putting the food away and would not sell me anything and were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was going hypoglycemic and asked to purchase a juice and was refused. It was a nightmare as I had gone upstairs to purchase from them. The food is good but I can not support a restaurant that treats their customers so bad and especially one that was willing to put my kids in jeopardy because they would not let me pick up a juice. I would have even given them cash and overpaid for it if they had let me get a juice as it was a medical emergency. I could see it but they refused to let me get it. This business does not deserve anyone’s patronage or money. So disappointing how rude and unkind they were. I expected more as Israelites usually go the extra mile to help others. What a horrible business! 😠
