Not worth it anymore, I will not return. About 4/5 months ago i came here with a friend, we ordered the smash burger ( the one dipped in cheddar ) you could barely finish it, the cheddar was great, two days ago i went back and left disgusted. They reduced the size so much that i hold the burger with one hand and finished it with 4 bites and I didn’t even try hard. The cheddar was the cheapest and most disgusting that i ever tasted, it’s like they added 50 grams of white sugar over it. And the audacity? They asked for the same amount of money for the same order. I would’ve rather go to McDonalds, for the same size of burger I get it 4 times cheaper.
About the atmosphere: I had to raise my voice to the waitress because she couldn’t hear me when I was placing my order; because all of the workers there are very young 18-22 they turn up the music so loud, and it’s ok in a club but this is a fast food, not an Omer Adam concert.
At the end i didn’t leave a tip because i was very disappointed by everything, and the waiter approached me 3 seconds later saying : i noticed that you didn’t leave a tip, is there anything wrong with the service you received ?
I explained to her that it’s the restaurant fault but overall tip is optional and it ain’t like I’m forced, if i was to be pleased, come to the same food i returned for I would’ve left a 10-15% but now? I wanted to ask the restaurant for half refund. Anyway ain’t coming back here, this is a mockery, not a fast food.
The serve cheese, they serve fake bacon... But not real bacon. The hamburger was nice. But... Again... Why not serving a real bacon on it?
The waitress was very nice. The manager helped aswell with the bill issues. The acoustic is horrible.
A nice burger restaurant located on the border of Rishon LeZion and Nes Ziona close to a gas station. The burgers are very tasty and the meat is of high quality. The service is great. Prices are a little bit expensive.
The service was quick and efficient. The waiter kept asking what we need and providing where needed. The Ceasars salad with chicken was delicious and big enough to share. The special burgers were ok +, should have just taken a regular burger.
Not one of the best hamburgers I have eaten in my life, but definitely a nice one.
There are a few types of hamburgers - Mexican, Italian and two "regular" ones.
The lunch deal is 65 shekels for a main dish, side dish and a drink. If you come on another time it will cost you 75 shekels.
The hamburger I chose, the Italian one (nicknamed Al Capone) was tasty, nice, but not very thrilling.
The french fries and the home fries are good side dishes, the salad a bit less.
One plus about this place is that the deal includes a glass of beer.
