BNE Service Centre

I am usually one who doesn't complaint or leave reviews on anything. However, this GYG was so appalling that it forced my hand to write this review. From the beginning the staff were unfriendly, unapproachable, and they honestly didn't seem like they wanted to be there. We ordered and had to wait 30+ minutes for our food. I received my coffee first, but it seemed they had given me a mocha that was already sitting there. I complained about the ice cold mocha and asked for a new one. The second mocha was better. In the duration we waited for the food I saw two other customers complaint about their order and return for a replacement. My friends also had hot chocolate that tasted more like some cocoa powder fell into a cup of water than any proper hot beverage. The hashbrowns were more like sponges oozing oil, if america found out about the oil in those hash browns they'd invade it by lunch time. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had. I will not be coming back.
