Am really disappointed how they are treated on the phone...even when we are speaking english they cannot understand wot we are ordering to them...please improve your english to give good service for the coustermers.
In short, the order was placed at 8:00 PM, the delivery arrived at 10:10 PM after calls and arguments, the food arrived cold.
I had already gone to work, the delivery arrived cold and I couldn't eat because I had already gone to work. My mother asked them to take the delivery back and give me a credit, but their policy is to give you one meal as a credit in exchange for the 4 I ordered. I will emphasize again that the delay is great, the food is cold, they left compensation but it's my money and it's a robbery at your discretion. After a repeated conversation with them, they agreed to give me a credit of 2 meals, meaning that for the next order I will receive 2 meals but I paid for 4 that went to waste and who even wants to order again after such an experience.
One of the worst I've ever eaten. I ordered the lamb and lamb fat. Not lamb, not lamb, not even real meat. Something that was supposed to look like a patty, but with a taste of nothing and a texture worse than that. Everything around was wonderful and great, sauces, toppings and nonsense. But it turned out, this is the burger - terrible and awful.
Forget about the fact that it took 90 minutes for the food to arrive, which I think is excessive for fast food.
