Self service by the screen order which is perfect. The burger well cooked as requested and the meat is fresh and tasty. It was my first time in Burger Saloon and I really enjoyed the burger and recommend it. The service also was fast and helpful.
I ordered my burger Medium, but it was served Rare. When I pointed out that the meat was clearly undercooked, the staff dismissed my concern, claiming it was "Medium-Rare." To make matters worse, they completely ignored me after that. Poor service and incorrect cooking. This was my last time here.

The best burgers, made from fresh meat. Don't forget to ask for medium rear. Also the house sauces for the fries are really good. Definitely the best fast food burgers in Israel.
Self service ordering. Very easy and intuitive machines to use. One of the workers walked around and asked if anyone needed help ordering. The food was ready in about 10 minutes. Very tasty burger and bun. Each table had at least 6 different bottles of sauces, cutlery, toothpicks and wet wipes. The restaurant was clean and tidy.
