Cafe Noir

Café Noir has a wonderful European atmosphere — it genuinely feels like being in a small bistro in France. The ambiance is warm, relaxed, and very charming. The dishes are well prepared, flavorful, and carefully presented, with clear attention to detail. The prices are fair and honest for the quality offered, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service is perfectly in line with the level of the restaurant: attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making guests feel comfortable. The staff really try their best to accommodate every request. A place I would definitely return to and happily recommend.

I booked a table well in advance for Valentine’s Day Eve, specifically requesting to sit inside the main dining room. Instead, we were shoved into a glassed-in patio area that was freezing, incredibly loud, and lacked any sort of atmosphere. It felt like we were sitting in a waiting room, especially with the crowd of people hovering by the door. The service didn't make up for it; the staff were snobby and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. As for the food? Mediocre at best. The portions were so small that we actually left the restaurant hungry. There are plenty of other spots in the city offering better food, larger portions, and a warmer atmosphere for a much better price. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food was amazing, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was great. It was a little noisy and stuffy because we were sitting inside. My mom ordered the schnitzel, which tasted special regardless of the fact that it is a simple meal to order. I had the green curry with chicken, it was perfect.

Very nice romantic restorant. Great athmosphere. Superb food and and amazing deserts. There was nothing I did not enjoy. Great service as well. They have indoor and outside seeting as well. Great place for a date.

It's been here for a long time, decades even, and never lost it's touch, Which explains why it's always packed. Food is great keeping a solid quality and portions levels over the years (don't miss the flagship schnitzel course), and service provides a great combination of professional and friendly. Been there many times, and will be back for sure.
