The hype: Considering the fact that it is almost impossible to get veal (עגל חלב) in Israel, the schnitzel is probably as good as it can get. Also all the other food we tasted was good. The service was attentive and excellent. In all we had a pleasant evening.

The Mediterranean ceviche had no fish, it’s a bit of a scam just an Israeli salad basically.
The main courses were good. I would recommend here the pastas not the other meals.
For desert we took one tiramisu and then ordered another one to share cause it was so good.
The service was good, we didn’t wait so long for the reservation.
The spicy margarita is VERY spicy 🌶️🥵
We paid 1040NIS without service for 5 people.
It was fair. The vibe is very nice.

High-class café with big, high quality dishes.
I usually don’t like gnocchi, but decided to try it and it was surprisingly so good!
The desserts were also a big portion (unlike most restaurants) and they were amazing.
Totally 10/10.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place by accident when we were looking for a place to eat. From a distance it looks very simple, but up close and inside it is very good. Neat tables outside along the wall, a glass veranda against the other wall and a pleasant atmosphere inside made us stop here. Well, the menu too, of course. We were interested to try a Seafood Linguine and a Pork chop schnitzel, and we were not disappointed. It was delicious. We also ordered a couple of cocktails which also were good(Mr. James & Espresso martini). I would say that it was a little more expensive than I would like, but I will give it 5 because in general we were only satisfied with this place.

Café Noir has a wonderful European atmosphere — it genuinely feels like being in a small bistro in France. The ambiance is warm, relaxed, and very charming.
The dishes are well prepared, flavorful, and carefully presented, with clear attention to detail. The prices are fair and honest for the quality offered, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The service is perfectly in line with the level of the restaurant: attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making guests feel comfortable. The staff really try their best to accommodate every request.
A place I would definitely return to and happily recommend.
