I’m a university student from New York who came to Vichy to study France for two weeks and this was the first spot I stepped into. Immediately I knew I was in a great city from the welcoming and kind energy Xavier showed me! He even gave me a drink on the house for being a CAVILAM student! Not to mention the pizza was excellent! On y va Knicks!
OMG. What the hell just happened? The most innovative pizza I've eaten in a very long time! This is not your classical pizzeria. But if you would like to experience how pizza can be interpreted in a completely new way, this is for you. The products are fresh. The pizza dough is fluffy and crispy at the same time. And the toppings are all fresh. The vegetables are top quality!
I had the Thai pizza. Chicken with ginger and lemon zest... and the crunchy tasty vegetables to round it off!
I also ordered the vegan option. Also completely covered with fresh an tasty vegetables of the season.
If pizzerias would get "Gault et Millau" points this one should definitely get a couple! Best pizza in town... probably also in the country!
