Outstanding, higest-quality fine dining. Ambience is lovely and energetic yet intimate in an irreverent, fashionable yet elegant setting. Guest restaurant was Ocean from Portugal. Every course was a fantastic experience, with the "ocean pudding" and piri piri chicken being highlights, with many memorables such as the mushrooms and langoustine. The wine pairing was excellent, but the non-alcoholic pairing was outstanding and innovative with many custom beverages created by the sommelier and team. Ending with an edible Super Mario was a fun surprise. Big kudos to the team, especially for executing so perfectly far from home.

It was a wonderfull lunch today. The tutkey sandwich was hot, fresh and nothing but quality ingredients. The facility was neat, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also very clean. Other than getting a parking space the entire meal was wonderful.

This may have been the best meal I've ever had. I know the crescent cake with vanilla ice cream was the best thing I have ever eaten ever in my life. Update: while Manresa has closed, the staff of Ritual at Manresa keep the dream alive. Every month a new chef brings their creativity and excellence to share their specialty with those lucky enough to reserve. We've attended two of the recent meals and were amazed by both, but I was completely blown away by tonight's trout and wine pairing. Absolutely sublime pairing. If you get a chance and want to really treat yourself or that special someone, reserve a meal here. You won't be disappointed .

Just got back from Manresa in Los Gatos – wow, what a place! The food was incredible, really ambitious and beautifully presented. We had a huge tasting menu, so portions were definitely generous, though pricey. It was super busy, we waited quite a while for our table. Parking was a nightmare, honestly. I heard some folks had issues with unexpected charges too, which is frustrating. Honestly, it felt like a special occasion, but I’d recommend booking way in advance to avoid the queue.

The winner in terms of best value for a Michelin 3 star restaurant in the Bay Area. Fantastic food in a relaxed atmosphere that seemed to not take itself too seriously while still being of exceptional quality. That is challenging. Too often service here can feel stuffy and overdone, but it struck a perfect balance of being cordial and convivial without being chummy. The food represented an extremely fresh selection of local fare with truly delightful baked goods, breads, and small bites. The main courses were somewhat unexceptional, sort of blending in among the crowd - but none of us dining really minded. It wasn't a strike against in any way. The plates themselves were playful without being overly gaudy, which I think reminds me of some of New York's more artistic offerings in the culinary space. Nothing felt out of place, although some flavors just weren't very striking. The richness of savory dishes was subtle, artful, not aggressive on the tongue. Everything here wouldn't offend a sensitive palette, and it felt as though the kitchen staff didn't have to spend 7 hours on plating - like they do at some places. I think it's wonderful that 3 Michelin stars can settle here in the South Bay and that reviewers don't REQUIRE more pretention. Manresa is delightful and if I were worth 8 figures I'd be dining here regularly, as if this was a neighborhood gem. Just a splendid atmosphere.
