We arrive a few hours before closing time and the service was good. The waiter was excellent very detailed explaining the menu. The food was on point from the appetizers to the entrees. I do not have a picture of the fried green tomatoes cus we ate them b4 the pictures. The dessert was the bonus a must go back.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I’ve experienced a wide range of restaurants, and this one clearly stands out.
This Michelin-designated restaurant (two years in a row) delivers a true farm-to-table experience that is both intentional and elevated. The surrounding area is in the midst of a beautiful urban renewal, which adds to the overall experience and energy of the location.
Tim was an exceptional server—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging without being intrusive.
The food was outstanding. I had the oxtails, and they were absolutely delicious. The portion was just right, and the subtle basil undertone added a unique and delightful layer of flavor. My wife had the fried chicken—a half chicken that was perfectly prepared and equally impressive.
The details throughout the restaurant are what truly set it apart. The artwork is original and thoughtfully curated, giving the space a distinct boutique feel.
Even the restrooms reflected intentionality and care—very clean, with lavender-scented 100% terry cotton refreshment towels (a unique and elevated touch) and Meyers hand soap. Small details like this make a big impression.
This is a one-of-a-kind boutique eatery at its best—where quality, atmosphere, and detail all come together seamlessly.
To top it off, there is a free parking deck available for patrons, which makes the experience even more convenient.
Highly recommended
My husband went for Valentine’s Day and sat at the bar. Derek took care of us and everything we had was amazing. The fried green tomatoes, oxtails, and the pot roast, followed by the midnight cake. Good portions, great atmosphere. The ladies were even able to make a mini bouquet of roses to take home for Valentine’s Day. Derek did not disappoint in making drinks. He was able to take what I normally order out and recommend something on the menu that was similar. He even made me a drink that wasn’t on the menu. All the cocktails were made to perfection. We definitely want to come back. Highly recommend and parking was plentiful in the garage.
10/10 recommend! Everything was super flavorful without being salty, the cocktails were some of the best I’ve had in some time and our waiter Corey was super personable and made sure our food came out fresh and satisfactory. We came for brunch and it was a very refreshing experience where you could listen to chill music, talk with friends and eat well! The pictures should speak for themselves! I highly recommend!
Came for the fried chicken, ended up getting much more! My mom got the chicken and I got the pot roast with coconut grits. The plan? Share so we can taste a little bit of everything. We also did the bread service as a starter. The star of the show, FOR ME, was the honey butter cornbread 🤤. I would order that as a side dish because it was just that good!
The only negative I have, which is an Atlanta thing, is the prices! A lot of black owned establishments tend to charge higher than the average market. I wish our people wouldn't tax just because.
Overall, I would definitely come back and try other dishes. To get some more cornbread too, of course lol.
