The fact that Vermuteria serves a carafe of vermouth spritz immediately sets the tone. This is a place deeply rooted in Spanish vermutería culture — generous, social, and built around the table rather than the plate....

Third time in this place. I liked it the first times too, but this time the most. I had pan con tomate, delicious, very oily but amazing, fantastic beef tartare, and red tuna tacos, also very good with a nice mix of flavors between guacamole and coriander. We also had a paella with labrak, really very good. I didn’t have alcohol, but I have to say all the food was totally worth it: very flavorful but not heavy. Tables for three people are quite small, there’s barely space for the food, but honestly this is how it is now in most trendy places. The staff was kind and nice. Nothing crazy regarding our requests, but they were fast with the dishes. I was there with friends, but it’s also a very nice place for a couple. Highly recommended if you like this kind of food.

Basque cuisine with beautiful and delicious iconic pintxos and larger plates. Service was wonderful. The staff worked together, attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere is lively; you can set outside, under a covered seating area, inside the dinning room of along the bar. Fantastic for date night dinner, girls night out, cocktails & small bites, or business. I wish I took better pictures of the food and atmosphere, these do not give reflect the experience, but we were enjoying ourselves to worry about great photos. We will be back!

We had an incredible time at Vermuteria in Tel Aviv. The atmosphere hits that perfect sweet spot, vibrant and cool, yet relaxed enough to truly enjoy the evening. I started with their signature vermouth, which was refreshing and expertly served. The food, however, was the real highlight for me. These Padrón peppers were absolutely delicious perfectly charred, seasoned just right, and incredibly addictive. Every small plate we ordered felt fresh and authentic to the Mediterranean spirit. It’s rare to find a place where the service is as warm as the food is good. If you're in the city and want a spot with great energy and even better bites, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great vermouth based bar with small dishes! The food is really good, from starters to the dessert. The cocktails were good as well, and the atmosphere was perfect. Book a table because it is one of the most hipped bars in Tel Aviv right now!

We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation. And then, after 40 minutes started getting “reminders” from the staff every 10 minutes that our time is nearly up. The waitress actually asked us to reconsider our order if we want to have dessert. The food was OK, but definitely not worth the service
