My favourite recent dining experience.
The Italian food was excellent. Lots of seafood and upmarket pasta options (I had lobster linguine). Service is very high-end. Staff are friendly and attentive (but not too attentive). Experience was positive throughout.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Visited Vita Bella after arriving via LeShuttle and decided to walk in without a booking based on the great reviews – and it did not disappoint.
Service was outstanding from start to finish. All staff, including the manager and even the car park helper, were incredibly polite and attentive.
Food was excellent. The carbonara and pasta dishes were full of flavour, and the slow cooked pork belly was a real highlight. Desserts were exceptional, especially the brownie and cheesecake.
A truly 5-star experience – highly recommended!
Went on a Thursday night, quite early and the car park attendant showed us where to park. The restaurant is quite big inside, and tables nicely set out so not ontop of each other. The staff are all excellent and very professional, an absolute credit to the restaurant. I had the pate' starter, slowed cooked pork and choc brownies, all nice.
(note: there are only a few toilets, all unisex, that have the sinks / hand dyers inside, so if you get a people doing hair and make up, you will end up in a queue in corridor outside )
Such a lovely restaurant with amazing food and a really warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so kind and made my birthday feel really special. Everything was delicious and we felt so well looked after - can’t wait to come back 🤍
The restaurant was nice overall. One thing to note is that you can’t just walk in without a booking. Even before entering the car park, the attendant asked if we had a reservation. It wasn’t actually full when we arrived, but I think it’s simply their policy, so booking is definitely a must or maybe just for that day. Not sure !
The place itself is lovely. You can tell it’s a classy restaurant. The staff were polite and attentive, and they were wearing gloves, which says a lot about their attention to hygiene and service.
Now about the food. I ordered the tagliatelle pasta and, honestly, I wasn’t very satisfied with it. It felt quite dry. My guess is that my dish may have been cooked first and then left sitting while they prepared the rest of the orders so everything could be served at the same time. Since there were seven of us, if your dish is the first one cooked, you might be the unlucky one. I even wondered if it had been reheated because the plate was extremely hot when it arrived. Out of 10, I’d give my pasta 2/10.
However, the cheesecake dessert was delicious not too sweet and really yummy. I also had soup for my starter and that was very good as well. 10/10
So overall, it was really just the pasta that disappointed me. Everything else was enjoyable. Vita Bella is still worth a visit.
