Has been on the list for a while... spontaneous decision to visit. Every plate is next level... the japanese milk bread buns the prime beef carpaccio the ahi tuna squares and the hamachi crudo. Was thoroughly impressed! I've had these types of dishes all over the valley and this is definitely over the top. In flavor in freshness in presentation. Same for the cocktails. Loved little octopus an ice cream cone glasses. Well, balanced flavorful, easy drinking cocktails by Abby. She and Liam both maids sitting at the bar, a fun experience on a not so busy evening. The place is beautiful. I love the fish scale mirrors on the bar walls. Great selections of spirits! Swanky vibey joint friends that we have met out and about have recommended. 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service here was excellent. If you’re here request for Morgan as your server. Mangers were very attentive checking on us quite often. Everything was excellent. The scallops were a quite salty and rectified by managers. Thank you. The music was kind of inaudible, you mostly just heard the bass which made it very difficult to hold a conversations. But honestly come for the food. It’s terrific.

We came from out of state for my fiance's birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming and had a great attitude. They went above and beyond for service for our special event. The food was delicious. We tried though Wagyu steak and potatoes, the gnocchi, chicken parm, wedge salad, chocolate mouse, and strawberry cheesecake. Upon expressing even the slightest "unlike" for our original cocktails they immediately brought other drinks when unprompted. Staff were attentive, friendly, warm, and welcoming. Thank you to our server Morgan, and the rest of the staff.

If you go to Belmont Kitchen, sit at the bar and ask for Keaton. Seriously. My boyfriend and I have been a couple times now, and what keeps bringing us back isn’t just the food...it’s Keaton. His level of service is one of those rare combinations of professionalism and genuine warmth that you don’t come across often. He’s attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being overwhelming, and somehow makes the entire experience feel effortless. He knows the menu, wine list, and cocktail program inside and out. We love tequila, mezcal, and wine, and he completely leaned into that, creating a custom mezcal cocktail with a cab float that was unforgettable. It’s that kind of attention to detail that sets him apart. Every recommendation he’s made has been spot on. The octopus was incredibly flavorful with a perfectly balanced dry rub and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The salmon had that ideal crispy skin that adds texture and depth to every bite. And the burger, easily one of the best we’ve had in Arizona. Not a smash burger, but a perfectly executed, elevated classic - juicy, flavorful, and done right. But truly, Keaton is what makes Belmont what it is. You could have the same meal with someone else, and it simply wouldn’t hit the same. He elevates the entire experience. We’ll be back, and we’ll always sit in his section!
