CJ in the taproom was an amazing host. Knew about beer- personality for days. A gem for the taproom. Riley did a great job on the tour. Definitely a place to go to hang out with friends and get some good beer! Cheers!
The OG brewery of the Twin Cities. The beers are a safe go to and consistent. They know what sells and don't experiment much. The taproom is a great neighborhood spot to drink but don't offer much for "unique" taproom only beers. You can get most of not all in cans at liquor stores.
Great beer on tap with na options as well. Plenty of beer options including lighter layers ipas and stout.
Great atmosphere in the beer hall as well as a nice patio outside. The patio gets plenty of shade afternoon.
There's often a food truck.
Our craft beer group (from mostly Wisconsin) won a free tour at Summit for ten people. We scheduled it for 4/11. We walked in and we were welcomed by CJ and his knowledge of the brewery and current beers on tap. Riley was our knowledgable tour guide with all the answers. Our group was well taken care of by this team and the beer was great. I highly recommend visiting Summit's Ratskeller.
Stopped by for a social event and enjoyed the ambience. It's a cool taproom with a large outdoor seating area. The beers available cover a nice variety of selections as well. 5 stars from me!
