A classic carrot cake offered by Sweet Surrender Bakery.
Carrot cake is a sweet cake that incorporates grated carrots into a spiced batter. It is often finished with a cream cheese frosting. The cake is typically made with neutral oils like vegetable or canola oil, which helps maintain its moisture, even when chilled.
