A quiet boutique hotel at the seaside with great view, nice little pool, convenient location. The whole hotel has artistic touch everywhere. Rooms are spacious, well equipped. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is heated which is useful if you’re going in colder months like March/April like we did.

From the very first second, you just feel completely at ease. For anyone who loves design, walking into the lobby is an absolute dream. Thoughtfully curated art, unique design pieces, and beautiful furniture perfectly blend minimalism with warm Mediterranean vibes. The pool is simple but excellent, and you have direct access to the beach. The sandy shore right in front is a dream for parents: the water is super shallow and calm, so you can actually relax while the kids play. The entire staff is professional yet incredibly warm and genuine. Everything here is so laid-back; you instantly feel welcome and can truly switch off. Realistically, kids don’t need a mountain of entertainment, and Ammos provides everything you could possibly wish for. They’ve thought of every tiny detail for families, from beach toys to kid-friendly setups, which makes traveling so much lighter and stress-free. The playroom is also a massive plus (and a huge shoutout to Lina, the wonderful nanny!). But we have to talk about the food: what the kitchen crew serves up is a 10/10 every single time. On top of that, Nikos is the ultimate host. We followed two of his restaurant recommendations, and both were absolutely superb! It didn't take us long to realize why so many guests and families return year after year, some for the 15th time. Hats off, Nikos. You’ve created an absolute gem of a hotel.

Such a beautiful, family friendly and stylish hotel not too far from Chania. Our family have visited for the past four years and it always delivers such wonderful family memories. The food is absolutely delicious and the hotel staff are so welcoming and warm, especially with children.

It's just the perfect mix of everything, especially for families with younger kids. Stylish interior, great food, without being too posh or expensive. There's nothing like hanging out on the included loungers on the beach, getting your ice-cold drink brought right to your umbrella, and taking a dip in the sea – the sandy bottom here stays shallow enough to wade out 20–30 meters.

Grandpa, grandma , papa , mama and twin boys named Aryo and Bardia were guests of Ammos hotel at Crete Greece for four nights. They experienced wonderful hospitality, delicious food and a very family friendly ambiance. But the most amazing part of their stay was enjoying the architectural, interior and exterior decorations which make Ammos a very unique experience for guests. We will definitely suggest Ammos to others and will be back soon for sure.
