Very inconsistent in the cooking of burgers. I’ve ordered medium well before and got a burger completely dripping blood and the most recent visit I ordered medium well and the burger was more than well done, no pink in sight. Fries were cold and soggy. Onion rings were fine. The crunchify option for burger is fun.

We went to the Casino for an overnight stay and while gambling, we decided on going to this place for a good burger hopefully. Well, I ordered the Palace Classic Burger cooked medium with lettuce tomato and cheese. OMG! this was the best burger I have ever had! It was juicy, full of taste and cooked just right! I had sweet potato fries along with that. My friend had the Bobby Blue Burger and he said that was delicious too! This help the overall experience we had

Tried the rebranded Bobby's burgers, this Used to be my absolute favorite burger spot. So disappointed with the rebrand. Atmosphere didn't seem as inviting looking at the dining room, menu is smaller, its all self service in the dining room, they no longer have the sauces at the tables and the most disappointing thing of all is they dont cook burgers to temp anymore. I asked for medium rare as I always do and was told they only do medium now. I can go anywhere and get a burger cooked medium or well done. Definitely gives more fast food vibes now. If you like well done burgers your probably fine but if you want something cooked to temp this is no longer the spot. I sat at the bar server was good. Don't want to take away from that

I’ve loved this place from the moment they opened. If I want a delicious burger, this is where I’ll always choose. Their fries are also delicious (regular and sweet potato) as well as their onion rings with all the paired sauces. I used to think their milkshakes were second to none. I couldn’t find a better place to get one, but since their overhaul I do not feel the same way, unfortunately. I used to always get a dark chocolate shake, but that same shake now tastes like there is Hershey’s chocolate syrup in it. Before it was decadent and delicious. I’ve had similar experiences with the other flavors. The flavors aren’t as intense as they were. I hope they change their shake recipes back, but other than that the food is still delicious. I will continue to be a customer!

Food was relatively quick to come out. But all 3 of our burgers came out very rare when we asked for medium, when I went to ask for new ones done correctly the burgers were inspected thoroughly by 2 different staff members like I was lying? When we went to sit at a table it was covered in leftover food. Was way better before this remodel, now it just feel like a fastfood chain.
