로운샤브샤브

I have been hanging out with friends but stopped by to eat here. I often feel like it because there are many zones to sit down and eat because it is a buffet. Food comes out quite late, especially pork and meat. The staff is always very helpful and good service 🥰

There was a line with 5 teams in front of us. After 40 minutes waiting, we entered to a restaurant mostly of empty tables. Not even 1/3 of tables had people. The restaurant is kinda dark. The ingredients were half gone and most of them not replaced.i was confused with the concept. It's not shabu shabu and it's not Chinese style hotpot. It's something in between. The meat quality was not that great. The sauces also weird, the peanut sauce is super sweet. The only things that were really nice was the waffle - super crispy - and the hallanong ice cream. They have a sign to make affogato but then only offer hallbong and earl grey ice cream for the affogato? Was not worth the 19.900won per person (even though everything, including meat, was unlimited)

Shabu shabu buffet. Not bad, but not much other variety. The shabu shabu is really good itself but one veggie was not fresh.

대전 중앙로에 위치한 무한 리필로 먹을 수 있는 샤브샤브집 음식이며, 샤브샤브의 재료들이 많은 편입니다. 음식들은 나름 괜찮은 퀄리티입니다. 소스들의 구성이며, 육수들을 보면 훠궈 무한리필에 온 듯한 느낌도 받을 수 있습니다. 다만, 이런 뷔페식 무한리필 매장들의 특성상 더욱 사람들이 많이 와서 재료들과 음식의 순환이 자주 되어야 더욱 좋은 퀄리티를 느낄 수 있는데, 요일적인 부분인지 위치적인 요인 때문인지 아쉽게도 저녁시간이지만 넓은 매장에 비해 사람들이 적어서 야채들의 선도가 매우 좋지는 않았던 부분이 아쉬웠습니다 (나쁜 선도는 아니였음 단순 아쉬움)
