Burger King - Sawtry Services

Very disappointing experience. The staff did not use gloves while preparing the burgers, which raised hygiene concerns. I also ordered a large fries, but the portion looked the same as a small, which felt unfair for the price. On top of that, you even have to pay extra for sauce. The prices are too high for what you actually get — the meal felt small and not worth the money. I ordered a Sprite, but it tasted like salty sparkling water, which made it undrinkable. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not good value for money.

I don’t make reviews but this was needed. I don’t think I’ve visited a services more then twice in the same week but I have with this services. First time was Tuesday was welcomed by two absolutely lovely ladies Saph and Abbie both very welcoming and friendly and there was a Guy at the back with Curley hair who was also really friendly (didn’t catch his name unfortunately). I ordered a Wagu annd large fries and an latte and was told that it would take some time as they were cooking the Wagu. (Never had that from a fast food before) my fries were fresh and hot. Reasonable prices considering it’s a services. I then came back again Wednesday and was greeted again by the two ladies and guy and then today was greeted by new faces as well as one lady and the guy who were also very polite even though they were exceptionally busy. Exceptional service from Abbie still made sure me and and a few others were told that it may take a while as the food was still cooking! Will continue to visit on the way work every now and then!

I found this services by accident. Stop here everytime i am coming back from visiting family. Food always cooked and presented well.

Just watched a member of staff here deal with an absolute ass of a customer. Superbly handled, resolved the (non) issue politely. The lady is unflappable. Please give her a raise.
