We visited Bustan last Saturday and had such a fantastic experience that we’re going back again tonight! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff were always checking in, and making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. We started with a selection of dips and freshly baked Za’atar pita bread, which were absolutely delicious. For our mains, we ordered the morrocan fish and chicken musakhan dishes, and both were cooked to perfection—beautifully seasoned, incredibly fresh, and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and relaxed, making it the perfect place for a long, enjoyable dinner. Bustan is easily one of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at on the Upper West Side. We can’t wait to come back (in fact, we’re already coming back tonight!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional food, wonderful service, and a great dining experience.

This place was AMAZING!!! I loved the way the rooms flow from the moment you enter the restaurant. The bar is conveniently tucked away showcasing the tables all the way to the backyard garden. The wine bottles add a beautiful element to the whole space. Including the ambience having warm hues of yellows and oranges. The music, the bar has top tier drinks, the entry way has a classic uptown trees and mini foliage. The taboon bread, host, service, lights and flowers was all spectacular!

Very good food, nice vibe, and great service. The food was very fresh, the flavors intense and complex. The portions are on the smaller side, but the final bill was okay. I would skip the sweet potatoes (batata) because it was too plain, but in the other hand the cabbage was an unexpected hit: tender, charred and delicious. The waitress was very attentive, friendly, and service was quick. Very cozy interior.

So delicious! We loved the Moroccan fish and kabab halabi. Dessert was worth it. The Turkish coffee ice cream was perfect.

Started with the Hummus and Taboon Bread on the side. Bread was nothing special but it was good bread. Same with the hummus although I thought the portion was sooo tiny for the price. Also got the Falafel which was the crunchiest falalfel Ive had like that was so good. Then the Greene Shakshuka for the main which was fine. I liked the flavor of the sauce was good but it was so liquidy you couldnt really get much of it on the solid ingredients, had to use bread to soak it. But the eggs and artichoke were really nice.
