I had no problem with anything during a one-night stay here. Not sure why all the negative reviews. The check in attendant was super nice as was the restaurant bar tender and the lady at breakfast. The dinner (salmon and steak) was great and reasonably priced. The breakfast was great as well. On a road trip, I’ve stayed at 5 different hotels in 4 states in less than a week. This hotel was nicer than 3 of the Holiday Inn Expresses. Not all hotels can be brand new! I would stay here again when in this area in the future.

This is a great hotel. Staff is awesome. We, unfortunately, had to spend 2 weeks here. Front desk, maids, bartender all awesome. Food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Don the restaurant and bartender guy is amazing. He is definitely an asset to this location. I highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

Obviously never been here before, nice warm indoor pool. Comfy room. Sad service at the bar… good menus but bartender said he’s replacing someone last minute and didn’t know and didn’t have anything to make most drinks. Pet friendly though.

The employees were nice, but as a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable with the overall atmosphere and did not feel entirely safe. I ended up leaving early and didn’t get much sleep during my stay. The hotel felt really outdated, and I could hear everything. The bed also felt itchy, and overall, it was a horrible night. I was extremely sleep-deprived and ended up going elsewhere , where I felt much more comfortable and was able to rest

When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk. The hotel felt almost like a ghost town, with only a few people around during our stay. The rooms were outdated but clean, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Overall, the property is in need of a significant renovation and some updates. There is definitely potential, but the hotel could use some attention to make the guest experience more welcoming and comfortable.
