Da Susy Pizzeria is a simple and welcoming restaurant dedicated to authentic Neapolitan Pizza. It aims to spread the culture of original pizza, offering a journey of flavors and aromas typical of Naples. The restaurant has two locations in Gurugram: Crosspoint Mall, Sector 28, and M3M IFC, Sector 66.
Customer feedback largely praises Da Susy for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, characterized by a soft, airy, slightly chewy crust with light charring on the edges, fresh toppings, and well-balanced flavors that 'melt in your mouth'. Many consider it one of the most authentic Italian pizzerias in India. The service is described as quick, prompt, warm, and attentive, and the ambiance is casual, clean, and comfortable, suitable for small groups. Specific dishes like the Ortolana, Nerano, Diavola, and classic Margherita pizzas receive high praise. The Tiramisu is also noted as heavenly. However, some dishes like Zuccotta, Arancino, and Affogato were rated as 'just okay' or 'good but not exceptional'. There is conflicting information regarding pasta; one recent review states they 'unfortunately don’t serve pasta', while another from a slightly earlier date mentions 'spaghetti bolognese'. Customers also note that the authentic Neapolitan style might not appeal to those accustomed to more commercial pizza types. Potential waiting times are mentioned, with reservations recommended.
