Domino’s Pizza in Metrolane is one of those restaurants wherein the shop is primarily focused on delivery and not so much on dine in. There are just 2 tables that fit around 8people. Their potato wedges are the best!! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Even without dip, it sure is a winner and plus it is baked so healthy option for your “fries” craving. Their thin crust pizza is also a winner! The crust is crispy and not too thin and not too thick as well. The toppings fit well with the crust and gives you a taste of the toppings in every bite. The mac and cheese was on an average and its serving is quite small considering it was supposed to be good for 2. Will not order this again in the next visit. Will definitely go back to Domino’s Pizza! 💙🤓

Ordered from them online, and it took 3 hours for the food to arrive. I understand that it was raining lightly when we placed our order, but the staff kept claiming that it was raining heavily. I live just two streets away, and there wasn’t any rain at all. The weather had already cleared up for more than two hours, yet we still received no updates on our order. On top of that, the staff were rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

On December 22, 2025, I placed an order via Grab for one Double Deal Pizza and two Chinnastix from your P. Tuazon branch. Unfortunately, despite waiting for nearly two hours, the order was never delivered. This experience was extremely frustrating and resulted in both inconvenience and financial loss. I attempted to contact the branch multiple times to follow up, but the line was inactive, and I was unable to obtain any updates regarding my order. The order was intended for a Christmas party I was sponsoring; however, due to the delay, the event concluded without the delivery arriving. After more than two hours, I was finally informed by the branch that the order was already on the way. At that point, I requested that the order be canceled, as there was no longer a need for it. Shortly after, the delivery rider also contacted me to confirm the delivery, and I reiterated that no one was available to receive the order since the event had already ended. Subsequently, I was able to speak with the store manager and provided all the necessary details to process a refund. I was advised that the reversal would take up to 30 days. However, it has now been almost four months, and I was only recently informed that the refund has not yet been processed. This prolonged delay has been highly distressing and disappointing. I respectfully request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.

Dude, the pizza we had was freaking awesome! The base was thick and crispy, and the toppings were so eclectic and unique - it was an authentic and unparalleled experience. It's not like your typical pizzeria, that's for sure. The flavors were off the hook, and the quality was seriously top-notch. Our whole table loved it because there's just no other pizza that comes close to this level of excellence. The service was also killer. The waiters were super welcoming and friendly, and they had our backs. It was a really enjoyable experience overall!

VERY BAD SERVICE! I scheduled an order to be delivered by 6PM and about 6:40 I followed up with them only to find out that the order was not made JUST BECAUSE I DID NOT ANSWER THEIR CALL. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF IT BEING SCHEDULED AND PAID FOR ALREADY? Customers use the scheduled delivery feature because of time constraints then you will expect them to answer your call just to confirm the order when it has already been PAID? Come on use your common sense!! The order was delivered 7:47PM when it was supposed to be 6PM JUST WOW.
