Emmy Squared Pizza

Can't comment on atmosphere as it was late on a Sunday. Our server was great, food was quick and tasty. Clean place with a bar counter for the solo traveler as well as various sized tables. Outdoor seating was available.

The service in this location was great. Our server Kelly did a great job attending us. From what I understand the owners of Emily's are the same for this establishment. I'm not sure what is the difference between these 2 restaurants. But for a burger that was hyped for the longest, in my opion, was not worth it. I ordered the Le Big Matt which had 2 patties, their special sauce, cheese, pickles & lettuce on a pretzel bun. The patties themselves lacked flavor and were a bit dry. And for $30 I expect a burger to blow my mind. The Detroit style pizza was good. I got the MVP which came with vodka sauce, red sauce, and pesto. The food was pretty heavy. So make sure you're not doing anything important after.

Great friendly service and convenient UWS location Unfortunately the pizza completely missed the mark for us. The cheese blend has an odd taste to it and while the crust is relatively light for Detroit style, it too has a bit of an odd flavor profile. We liked the red sauce but outside of that the pizza was not for us. Much better square slices to be had in the city

I had a really great experience at Emmy Squared Pizza Midtown West. The atmosphere was warm, modern, and had a really comfortable energy from the moment I walked in. The pizza was genuinely impressive… crispy edges, soft center, and really well-balanced flavors. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. What stood out most was the service. Leimy served me and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming without being overbearing. You could tell she really takes pride in what she does. Overall, it’s a spot I’d definitely come back to great food, great vibe, and solid service all around!
