An outstanding dining experience from start to finish.
The service was warm, attentive, and highly professional. Both the servers and the sommelier were very knowledgeable, exactly what you would expect from an establishment of this level.
We were welcomed with an asparagus soup that was incredibly rich and creamy—an excellent start to the meal. As a starter, we had the quenelle de poisson du lac Léman. The texture of the fish was exceptional—so delicate it almost melted in the mouth. The beurre noisette enhanced the richness beautifully, and paired with the homemade mayonnaise, it made for a truly indulgent and satisfying dish.
For mains, the médaillons de chevreuil were perfectly executed. Each piece was cooked precisely between medium-rare and medium, with no grey band, nicely charred on the outside and well seasoned. The beetroot sauce brought a subtle complexity, tying together the meat and accompanying vegetables in a very smooth and balanced way.
The sommelier’s wine-by-the-glass recommendations paired wonderfully with each dish and elevated the overall experience.
For dessert, we had a rhubarb tarte du jour, which was excellent—perfectly balanced between tartness and sweetness. The fresh strawberries—picked that same morning—were incredibly flavorful and paired beautifully with a light crème chantilly and ice cream. We also finished with a moelleux au chocolat, which was just as satisfying.
Overall, a refined yet generous dining experience with excellent execution across every course, highly recommended!
