This is definitely an experience! I compared this experience to the L’Atelier in Miami’s Design District, which is why I can only give it 4 stars, because the experience was much less interesting and the food wasn’t as good, but it was still good and it’s definitely worth a visit. I think it’s probably in the top 10 restaurants on St. Barths.
The food is delicious, always very fresh (you watch them prepare it in the kitchen right in front of you), and the service is good. The breads were not hot and did not seem fresh, which was disappointing because I love their freshly baked breads. We ordered way too much food, but we wanted to try a bunch of different items on the menu. Overall this place is great, just not as good as some of the other locations that I’ve been to.
They also had Pierre Jouet rose, which was seemingly difficult to find on the island, so extra points for that.
5 star experience. Delicious and wonderful service. We are grateful for this place in St. Barths! We had the Discovery menu, and it was fantastic. I'm a bit surprised it does not have a Michelin star. It does have a fun open kitchen with an extremely talented team of chefs.
We will be back soon!
The wine list was a bit catered to specific taste. Decadent food with many flavors. The service was classic and amazing. The staff treat you the way you ought to be treated, like royalty.
A very high end bakery, clean, neat and well decorated. The desserts we had were super tasty 10 out of 10. It is a little high in price but this is no surprise anymore and became part of visiting St Barth.
When we first arrived in Saint Barts, after a 3 year delay because of Covid, this was our very first restaurant we tried. It was new and we decided to give it a try. Highly recommended. The service is impeccable, the food and beverage game is on point. A must try. Well done!!!
