McDonald's

After three busy days traveling around Milan, Como, and the lakes, we finally had a chance to relax and grab a proper meal before our flight. McDonald’s in Bergamo, right near the train station, was a great spot to recharge. The place was clean, modern, and not too crowded. The service was fast and efficient, which we really appreciated with limited time before heading to the airport. I ordered the Big Tasty and it was freshly made, warm, and delicious — just what I needed. It was a comforting and familiar stop after days of exploring. A great experience overall, and I’d definitely go back if I’m ever in Bergamo again!

This mcdonald was the WORST experience EVER!! We went there with my friends. We were there alone, so I doubt that they had a lot of work. We ordered two wraps and some other things. One of the wrap wasn’t even in the bag and the second one was with beef meat (not chicken crispy as we ordered). Total disappointed!!

We visited this McDonald’s twice during our stay. The first time, when we ordered coffee, everything was fine. However, during our second visit, we had a very unpleasant experience. I wanted to pay for my coffee in cash, and the security staff directed me to a specific counter. I clearly stated that I preferred to pay in cash rather than by card. Despite this, a blonde, long-haired female staff member started shouting at me in Italian. When I explained that I did not understand Italian and kindly asked her to speak in English, she continued shouting in Italian. It is completely understandable if a staff member does not speak English, but in that case, they should calmly communicate this or try to find a solution. Shouting at customers in a language they do not understand is not acceptable. Especially considering that I was directed there by another staff member, this situation was even more frustrating. Staff behavior towards customers should be respectful and professional at all times.

- we did not recieve our order on the counter for 18 minutes (just coffe and ice cream), we had to ask wthat happend, because there were no order numbers displayed as prepared left. - Order numbers are sout just in Italian so if you are the tourist who doesn't speak Italian You don't know if called order is yours... - toilet system is pretty strange, you have to ask for some ticket to scan in on the toilet entrance, the recipt doesn't work
