We are so glad we stopped here on our trip for dinner. Really calm and beautiful atmosphere with a ton of plants. I love pink and green. Here we got the habanero bbq ribs that comes with veggies and mashed potatoes, fries, oysters, and a blonde ale.
The oysters were fresh and yummy, beautifully served. The ribs were fall of the bone, wish they were a tad spicier but still soooo good. The mashed potatoes and veggies were TOO good with the ribs. Great beer and they have great cocktail choices. Really wish i tried the Vietnamese coffee cocktail.
Amazing service, our server and host were incredibly kind and accommodating. Will be back next time were at hermosa beach! Stunning decor and great menu selection.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Everything from the service to the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend giving this place a try. If you visit, don’t miss the Ahi tuna Poke—it’s absolutely delicious and one of the best dishes on the menu. I’ll definitely be coming back!
A Fantastic Hermosa Spot with Great History and Happy Hour!
Kristina & I recently decided to check out Huddy’s in Hermosa Beach and so glad we did!
For the longtime locals, you might recognize this location as the former "California Beach Sushi" from back in the 80s. It is awesome to see how the space has evolved into what Huddy's is today while still holding onto that classic South Bay beach vibe.
If you are stopping by for Happy Hour, do yourself a favor and order the simple Margarita. It is perfectly balanced, incredibly refreshing, and easily the best drink on their afternoon menu.
The service was also top-notch. When you drop in, be sure to look for Miranda! She is a fantastic waitress who really goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience.
