SOL Phuket is a great new all-day dining restaurant in the Cherngtalay neighborhood - it ticks all of the boxes for a fun night out with friends or family. The food is fantastic, creatively plated and loaded with delicious flavors and textures. The menu is diverse, so there's something for everyone (even kids). I dined here with a friend, and we tried so many dishes, but my favorite was Chef Top's Green Curry Pasta. So fresh and flavorful with a bit of a zing and an unbelievably tender short rib. Definitely recommend dropping in and dining here. It's comfort food, but elevated. The restaurant is cozy and the staff are so sweet, plus, Chef Top is one of the best in the business.

Came to Sol for dinner and we had the absolute best dinner! The green curry pasta was our favourite, unlike anything we’ve tried before and such a creative dish. The Thai flank steak was also perfectly cooked and the dipping sauce was so so yummy. Vibe is also super fun here, DJ was playing great music and the cocktails are delish (also such an extensive cocktail menu there’s choices for everyone!). Would recommend coming here to anyone looking for 10/10 food and good vibes

Had an amazing dinner at SOL Phuket tonight. Thank you so much for recommending and treating me to the Khao Soi. It was honestly the best Khao Soi I've ever had! I should have taken a photo of the empty bowl because I finished every last bite. Now I completely understand why almost everyone at the table ordered the same dish! Rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality were all wonderful. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Phuket. Highly recommended! 😊🌟

I had a really memorable experience at SOL Phuket. It feels like a high-class restaurant tucked away in the middle of a developing area, surrounded by construction for now — but you can tell that once everything is completed, the whole place will look incredible. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, and it’s clear a lot of investment has gone into creating such a stylish and upscale atmosphere. There were plenty of staff on hand, although surprisingly it wasn’t busy when we visited — it was just me and my husband during dinner time. The food was excellent, and the service was very attentive. Overall, a hidden gem with amazing potential. Definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a more refined dining experience in Phuket.
