There is no doubt that Sabich Hasharon is much more than just another place to eat, it is a real experience. The tastiest Sabich in Eilat by far, and one of the three best Sabichs in the country without any exaggeration. The pita is very unique and fresh, the eggplant is perfect, the egg is just the right amount, the tahini and amba are on another level and everything is served generously and with love. Beyond the crazy food, the service is courteous, the place is clean and the atmosphere is always good. Everyone who comes to Eilat must stop here at least once and then understand for themselves why everyone comes back again and again. 🔥👏

There's a chance that it might seem fake because the Bikaner is so good... It's not fake. The taste, the pita... the tahini, the balls... everything is at the level of the top 3 in the country in my opinion. Not to mention the kindness and the smile... In short, go there and enjoy.

Unfortunately, we didn't eat, despite the amazing reviews! It's a shame that you take the salads with the same tongs that take the schnitzel out of the oil. I understand that the place is meat-centric, but eating sabih and then keeping it for six hours just because the dishes aren't separated is disgusting.. Let's hope that next time we come to the US, there will be separate dishes for the meat and the fur.
