It's a luxury hotel set as a village equipped with hi tech facilities. There are cottages of all kinds viz interconnected,separated, duplex and single etc.The property is lush green, serene, pristine and safe.It is so vast that a person get lost in convoluted labyrinth easily. But you are guided to your room and other places by the helping staff.
This resort has raised the bench mark for other Taj Hotels .
You can see the tsunami of affection and visible gesture on the face of staff members.
There is a private beach which is safe and clean as the guards keep on petroling and keep a vigil.

A truly wonderful stay. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful and full of greenery, with direct beach access that makes sunsets special.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and well kept, and the overall ambience felt relaxing and premium. The staff was courteous, professional and always helpful, which really elevated the experience.
Breakfast was good and well organised, and the entire stay felt effortless and comfortable, exactly what you expect from a Taj property.

A Memorable Stay with Taj’s Signature Hospitality at Taj Holiday Village, Goa
That was an amazing stay at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa. From the moment we entered the property, the warmth and comfort of Taj’s signature hospitality were evident throughout our entire stay. The resort is truly special in North Goa, offering a relaxed atmosphere with a private beach and excellent dining experiences. The Caravela restaurant, located right by the beach, allows you to enjoy delicious meals while watching the waves roll in. The buggy service was prompt and always available whenever required, adding great convenience.
Mr. Manthan at the reception was highly courteous and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. As our visit coincided with my son’s birthday, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a birthday cake—an expected yet always appreciated Taj gesture.
The swimming pool is well-maintained and inviting, with a pool bar attached, making it a perfect place to relax. The room quality was excellent overall; however, the AC power points were somewhat disappointing, as they were not compatible with standard Indian 2-pin accessories.
Overall, it was a memorable and delightful stay, and the resort truly lives up to the Taj legacy of hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was extremely cooperative, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with great quality and variety. The location is perfect—very convenient with easy accessibility to everything we needed. Truly a memorable stay for us. We recently stayed at Taj Holiday Village with our infant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing considering the brand expectations.
The buggy service was unreliable—on multiple occasions it never came, and we had to walk long distances carrying our baby. There were a lot of mosquitoes outside our villa, which made stepping out uncomfortable, especially with an infant.
We repeatedly requested 6–7 water bottles daily as we needed extra water to prepare milk for our baby. However, only four bottles were provided each time. When we called for additional bottles, it took hours to arrive, and once they didn’t arrive at all.
The most frustrating part was the phone service. The guest service button in the room was not working, and reaching housekeeping or concierge was extremely difficult. Calls took 5–10 minutes just to be picked up, and after placing a request, it often took 40–50 minutes for things to be delivered. This lack of responsiveness is especially stressful when travelling with a baby.
On the positive side, room service was good, and we genuinely enjoyed the food at the restaurants.
Overall, this stay did not live up to the Taj experience we were expecting, particularly for families travelling with infants. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves service responsiveness and guest comfort.
