The Khachapuri Adjaruli (Acharuli) was served in a magnificent boat shape, with golden bread baked to perfection. In its center, molten cheese and a half-cooked egg, which invited one to mix and enjoy every bite. The combination of the crispy dough with the rich cheese and soft yolk created an unforgettable culinary experience. An authentic and highly recommended dish.
