Wonderful duck ramen at Geyon
Under the area of the Geon Ruby geishas, there is a river where ducks swim
The restaurant serves ramen with duck
We took two types, one with a creamy broth and the other with a clear broth
The clear broth was slightly fishy
The creamy broth was excellent
The duck was wonderful, we asked for an extra side dish
The depth of the broths, the meat, the handmade noodles, the egg soft inside and out, truly out of this world
Another dish of duck rice and egg yolk on top - wonderful
Red wine like "house" wine, I didn't connect with it
A wonderful experience!!!
