Tried: Khinkali, Georgian Salad, Lobio. Prepare for a flavor explosion! The Khinkali here are absolutely incredible – each dumpling is a juicy, savory marvel, bursting with rich broth. And don't even get me started on the Georgian Salad; it's a vibrant, refreshing counterpoint with crisp tomatoes and cucumbers. This spot is a total gem for authentic flavors. The Lobio- get everything you know about "canned" beans. This Lobio came out in a rustic clay pot looking like it was prepared by a Georgian grandmother who doesn't take excuses. The flavors were bold—heavy on the herbs and walnuts—and the heat retention of the clay meant my mouth was still burning (happily) five minutes in. It’s thick, it’s earthy, and it’s the kind of dish that makes you wonder why we ever bothered with modern cookware.
