A fantastic dessert that impressed with its play on texture and flavor.
Knafeh is a traditional Arab dessert crafted from kadayif pastry, layered with cheese, and soaked in a sweet, sugar-based syrup called attar. This dessert is widely popular throughout the Arab world, especially in Egypt and the Levant, and is often served during special occasions, holidays, and Ramadan. A common variant, Knafeh Nabulseyeh, originated in the Palestinian city of Nablus and is particularly prevalent in Jordan and Palestine.
