We picked this lunch spot off Google Maps without any knowledge other than the review score and menu. What a great find. Excellent chicken satay. Flavorful and rich. The bun salad was solid with so many shrimp (I think eight shrimp).
If we were local we’d be exploring this menu and the specials (which apparently change very regularly) all the time. Casual interior in a historic building. This just had a little bit of everything for us.
You know a place is elite when it is packed at 3 pm and there are people queued up and waiting to get in at 5 pm because they close from 4 to 5 to give the outstanding staff a break.
Huge shout to to Roman our server who was not only pleasant with a zen vibe but really knew the food and gave some outstanding recommendations.
Overall nice cocktail menu and beer/wine, try the Beecharmer, I hear its all the buzz...🐝
Started with Summer Rolls and Wontons...good portion and great sauces with both. Thanks to Roman, we didn't miss out on having the meatball skewers...absolutely awesome flavor, spice, and perfect cook. Must try...
Several entrees which included Praram Long Song, Green Curry, Tom Kha, and I had the Sesame Chicken. Everyone loved the food but speaking for the Sesame Chicken...wow! Nice sweet with some heat. The chicken had an amazingly crunchy coating with tender chicken. The veg, the sauce, the crunch, the chicken...honestly...perfection.
Don't miss out on this place...
This place was definitely worth the drive from Milwaukee!
I knew this place was going to be amazing when there was a 40 minute wait for 2 people on a Wednesday night. We ended up finding 2 spots at the bar top as it was first come first serve.
The tapioca pork dumplings were recommended to us by the staff which were AMAZING. The flavor was incredible and I will be dreaming about these. The chicken with the praram long song was so flavorful and wow the peanut sauce was the best I've ever had! I also loved the butter chicken sandwich - I had to try it since I knew it was a rotating special on the menu. The flavors here are just so perfectly melded to create amazing dishe
We came here for the first time for my husband's birthday and we were very impressed. We had drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts and were in love with all of them. Our server was also very knowledgeable and attentive, filling up our water and grabbing us utensils without us having to ask, not rushing us at all. I wish we remembered his name because he made our experience that much more memorable. We can't wait to go back.
Cozy atmosphere with fantastic choices of colors and decor. Food was delectable, especially the green curry with chicken (juicy dark meat!) entree and summer rolls appetizer. Drinks were inventive and tasty, but included a LOT of ice so didn't seem like a great value. Our server Maggie was exceptional, providing spot-on recommendations for both drinks and food, plus we never had an empty water glass--she was on top of it all the way through the meal. We'd definitely return!
