AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q was a restaurant located in Denver, Colorado, known for its Texas-style barbecue. The restaurant has since closed.
Customer feedback indicates that AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q was recognized for its brisket, burnt ends, and ribs. However, recent information suggests the restaurant is no longer in operation.
The former owner of AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q, Jared Leonard, was sentenced to prison for fraud related to pandemic loans. A new restaurant, Riot BBQ, led by a former pitmaster from AJ's, is set to open in the former space.
As the restaurant is closed, there are no best times to visit.
