Very COZY cafe. Lots of seating, and assorted types of seating. Plenty of seating for large families,couples and even single people. The menu has a nice selections of food and snacks for breakfast and lunch , such as bacon egg rolls,chicken wraps, burgers,turkey clubs and bowls plus lots more. They also have assorted drinks types from coffee,lattes,sodas, teas, frappes, and juices. I went in curious to see how it was as I never heard of Ascension cafe until it move here to Southle Town square. I tried the bakery menu and selected the Cinnamon roll and from the drink menu I went with the Cortado latte. The cinnamon roll was delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. The Cortado was not for me as it was too strong but it goes well when you have something sweet at the same time. The interior of Ascension is very appealing and clean looking. The environment looks very cozy and social environment like. It is well lit all around and very clean too. Prices on menu are average all through out and similar as other restaurants. All Customer service was very friendly,curtious, and sweet even more sweeter the my cinnamon roll ,my order was placed without problems. On busy days such as weekends you can expect a problem with parking as townlake tends to get busy.
