Do yourself a favor and come here!!! Bartaco has delicious and fresh cocktails, the margaritas and aquafrescas are absolutely amazing. They squeeze all the juice fresh daily. They have all the typical taco spot dishes just with a really fresh and trendy kick. The Salsa was good, the esquites were amazing! We tried a variety of the tacos, the baja fish and carnitas being our favorites. The bartenders were also so great & helpful with recommendations!

What a great place. Jesus behind the bar made me feel very welcome and always came back to check on me. The tamale was a bit dry. They are supposed to be boiled in the corn husk and there's no reason for them to be dry. It did have a lot of filling in it and was good and the kale salad was very good as well. The price on the drinks for happy hour is a bit high, but this is Aventura after all. Given the choice between restaurants in this neighborhood, I would definitely choose bartaco again.

Great “new age” taco place. The variety is great with everything from shrimp tacos to duck. Portions are spot on (they recommend 3-5 tacos and 3 hit the spot). The Guacamole and chips were also flavorful and a great appetizer and the cucumber salad is unique and delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to answer questions and make recommendations. If you’re into drinks, the Mojito was also a high recommend.

From the moment I sat down, her warm smile and genuine hospitality made me feel completely welcome. Sabrina knows the menu inside and out — from the freshest tacos to the perfect cocktail pairings. She took the time to explain different flavor profiles, made thoughtful recommendations, and customized drinks to match exactly what I was craving. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does — every cocktail she prepared was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. What really stood out was her attention to detail and effortless professionalism. She somehow manages to keep the energy upbeat, engage with everyone at the bar, and still craft drinks with total precision. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, personality, and genuine care the way she does. Sabrina turned what could’ve been an ordinary evening into a memorable experience. She’s the kind of bartender who makes you want to come back again and again — not just for the drinks, but for the amazing hospitality. We had an excellent experience thanks to Harley. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, confident, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to walk us through the menu and recommended the tacos , which ended up being absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Her knowledge of the menu and honest recommendations truly elevated our dining experience. Harley provided outstanding service throughout the meal, checking in at the right times without ever being intrusive. She created a warm and enjoyable atmosphere, and her professionalism did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be returning and hope to have her as our server again. Highly recommend asking for Harley if you visit!
